Professional Experience
After an initial approach to insurance law through Professor Leveneur during the course at Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), Noémie undertook her final internships and developed a definite interest in this area of law, as well as in medical liability and compensation for personal injury.
During her first 10 years of practice as an associate in the Insurance Department of the Coste-Floret firm, she was involved in a number of highly diversified and often high-stake cases, ranging from personal injury compensation to medical and pharmaceutical liability, and industrial risk.
The "PIP Case" in 2010 enabled her to expand her expertise through trials that attracted international media coverage.
She joined Perreau Avocats in 2018 and acquired in-depth expertise in construction insurance law. She acts on behalf of the various parties involved in construction projects (building contractors, lessors, subcontractors, prime contractors, design offices, technical controllers) and their respective insurers.
