Professional Experience

Malak started her career in medical liability and personal injury law during her internship at DGR. She assisted in the management of the PIP affair, a notorious case involving industrial and medical liability, and devoted her Master's thesis to a critical analysis of European certifications in light of this scandal.
She then worked in law firms specializing in insurance, construction, and industrial risk law (Meneghetti Avocats, Bersay Avocats, UGGC Avocats), acquiring operational expertise in managing complex claims related to construction (ten-year liability, construction damage, financial guarantees), industrial risks (fires, explosions, environmental damage, methane projects), and personal injury compensation. She provides both advisory and litigation services.
