Professional Experience
Emmanuel is a graduate of the University of Paris and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003.
He began his career in Parisian law firms specializing in insurance and civil liability law.
For nine years, he focused on construction insurance (civil and decennial liability, damage insurance, construction risks, project owner liability) and industrial risk, acting before public and private courts on behalf of insurers, prime contractors, design offices, technical controllers, project owners, developers, companies and major groups.
Passionate about teaching and entrepreneurship, he established his own law firm in 2012. He has successfully developed a clientele of insurers, brokers, developers and project owners by offering solutions to their business challenges.
He is supported by a team of experienced, competent, committed and eager-to-learn professionals to whom he conveys his methods, all carefully selected.
From 2020 onwards, he also focuses on opening regional offices to provide local services to his customers and to reinforce his commitment to the environment.
