Professional Experience

Diane obtained her 2nd year Master's degree in Business Contract Law from the University of Montpellier, and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005.  

She began her career working for firms renowned for their industrial risk practice, both in mainland France and abroad.

She also advises in the field of construction law, particularly on behalf of insurance companies, design offices and technical inspectors.

Diane has also lectured on litigation strategy at the University of Paris (13).

In the course of her career, she has acquired an excellent understanding of the industrial and construction sectors, and of the issues facing companies and their insurers in the management of their litigation.
